About Young Yoga
Young Yoga is a family yoga studio situated in Walmer Main Road.

Practice takes place in a traditional setting where yoga postures, breathing, alignment, meditation and philosophy are taught and cultivated. Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome.

Children and family yoga is taught in a playful, creative way through stories, and games.

Shop Online

Our online shop offers yoga clothes, socks, books, unique designed yoga mats, games and toys. The aim is to provide the South African market affordable yoga accessories that are not always readily available.
Most of the items are designed and developed by Young Yoga.
About the Instructor
Young Yoga is owned by Carika Young.
​
Carika has a degree and post graduate degree in Psychology, Diploma in HR & Training, 12+ years experience in the training and education industry, which 8 of those years were working with special needs individuals.
​
She is a qualified Kids Yoga Instructor (Yoga4Kids), Nova (Yoga & Pilates) Instructor and Adult Yoga Instructor (Trifocus). In addition she is also a yoga instructor at Virgin Active.
